Hello everyone! I wont lie, I completely forgot i had a blog. Anyways, spring break was amazing and now I am back in Winchester and at full steam ahead. There are 20 days remaining in my stay here. They will go even faster then before as i have work to do everyday.

Now that I have mad up for lost ground I would like to mention that Top Gear is coming to the USA... I will take every possible opportunity to be involved in any way.

Hello again, since i have last posted we have take a trip to Bath, England to see the Roman Baths, Bath Abby, Pulteney Bridge and The Cirucs which is an example of Georgian architecture. Pretty cool stuff. The day started early as we walked to the train station around 9 a.m. This was going to be a day filled with picture take as my dad told me i should be liberal with the camera. As I pulled out of my backpack i quickly realized the battery was dead. I wasent to worry as i had a fully charged Iphone and a friends Camera at my disposal. The train ride was about Two hours since the train went down to Southampton first and then up to Bath. When we got there we B-lined it for Bath Abby and the Roman Baths. We toured Bath Abby first, saw the Tomb of Jane, the wife of Sir William Waller and observed the great Architecture of Bath Abby. After about 20 minutes or so he walked over to the Roman Baths. This place was really cool. The Roman Temple was Left alone as much as possible. If bits of the temple were moved they were displayed with detailed descriptions of where on the temple they came from and what the fallen pieces represented. After touring the temple and taking a couple hundred photos we left the temple to take a lunch break and then walk around Bath some more. Before we left the temple some of the girls headed over to the bar area to get a glass of water. The tender said they could consume the Baths water for free with their admission pass, so they tried it. They said the water tasted like blood.
Walking around Bath we saw Pulteney Bridge and the circus as well as the architecture of the whole town itself. You can really get a roman feel while walking around. The group split into two, me tyler and three of the girls. We did more walking around through bath while the other group of girls decided to shop for cloths. Around 5 we The group back up and decided on Chinese as an authentic English dinner. Once everyone finished we headed back home, stopped at a pub to discuss our day, then to the dorms.
Recently people have been asking me if i feel homesick yet. I dont know why they are asking now but i can honestly say no. The most homesick i felt was on the first two nights i was here and that was because of the bed. It felt alien to me. The duvet cover and pillow cover felt like it was woven out of straw, the pillow itself was wimpy. Other then that everything else has been great so far. I Have a test and presentation next week to prep for. Ill post pictures later today.

Week 3 of classes. Since the classes are three hours long once a week each they go in depth quite a bit and there is a lot to take in. So far I find my networking & the internet and Business and the economy class to be my two fvorites. I am however finding out how detailed this networking class is and what ill need to do when i creat my website using HTML (hyperText Mark-up Language) which basically looks like a bunch of rubbish on a word document.Aunt Peggy: when we visited london we toured Bukingham Palace, trafalgar square, the Parliament, The Tower of london, Wesminster Abby, Tower Bridge, Big Ben, parts of the financial district and Abby Road. I plan to visit London at least once more so i will by then have seen a great part of it because it is too big to see in two days. I have made a handful of american AND British student. The british student are very nice and are interested in meeting me and hearing about my travels as well as offer tons of assistance if needed. My next plans for travel include Ireland and Normandy. Last weekend we took a train up to London. The forecast called for 40 degrees and sun. Even though it was cold out the Sun's special appearance was much appreciated. The sunny days here are few and far in between. The train ride lasted about 1.5 hours due to the fact that there was construction and we had to take an alternate route. Once we arrived we exited the station right at the base of Big Ben. The group walked to Westminster Abby and then split; one group toured Westminster Abby and the other group walked to Trafalgar square. After a short break the two groups grouped back up and visited Buckingham Palace. We headed back to the subway after snapping some pictures at the Palace and headed to the Tower bridge and Shakespeare Globe theatre. At this point its starting to get dark and rain. We headed to a restaurant, ate, then headed home. London was overwhelmingly huge and requires two days minimum to see a good amount in my mind. The following week went just as well. After sitting through more 3-hour lectures I talked to the tutors (professors) and asked about the readings and work in general. I was able to figure out how to structure my studies for the most part after talking with him. One thing I figured out from him is that for one class i will be reading 2-4 book, articles, etc. for each lecture. For this weekend I will be heading back to meet a friend from YSU and have another go at London. Illl make sure to update as early as possible. Cheers!

Week 1

Today I had my last class for the week. The class is called business and the Economy. Ill just say that it was actually more exciting then i thought it would be. Today during the lecture the Professor discussed the economic issues concerning England. This, out of the U.S., look at the rest of the world is exactly what I was looking for and i got a little taste of it today. I Want more. After class i walked into the city for a few things and walked back as the sun was setting. Seeing the sun at that point made up for the fact that it was around freezing today. Later after dinner i talked to some friends and family as well as started my plans for Easter break. Tomorrow I will be in South Hampton and Saturday in London so i will fill you guys in. Cheers
